Frequently Asked Questions

Spirit-Led Pricing applies to our in-person training. Here's how it works: Choose your training (any individual module, range qualification, or the complete program). Schedule it at least six weeks in advance. We send information and sample documentation. We deliver the training at your church. After the training, your church pays either by check or electronic invoice — based on how the Spirit leads you. There's no minimum. Payment is what your church is led to give. We believe every church deserves this training regardless of budget.
All three courses are currently offered as in-person seminars at your church. Online modules are coming soon — once available, each course will be broken into self-paced digital lessons (approximately 1–1.5 hours for Course 1, 3–4.5 hours for Courses 2 and 3). Join our waitlist to be notified when online enrollment opens.
No. Range Qualification is a separate service we offer for church concealed carry team members — not a course. It's a 2-hour live-fire qualification with 50 rounds, for 6–12 participants. Unlike our courses (which use Spirit-Led Pricing), Range Qualification is $125 per participant plus range facility fees.
We ask for at least six weeks in advance so we can plan travel logistics. Some accommodations can be made for special circumstances — contact us to discuss your timeline.
In-person training includes all course materials, training equipment, and digital completion certificates. Travel costs (airfare, hotel, car rental when needed) are discussed during scheduling. Range fees for the Range Qualification service are separate and vary by facility.
Four tiers. Free ($0/mo) lets you try the basics with up to 5 team members. Core ($35/mo) adds scheduling, check-ins, BOLO alerts, direct messages, and the emergency system. Team ($70/mo) adds gap coverage alerts and priority support. Church ($125/mo) adds multi-campus support and white-glove onboarding for larger churches.
