We built ARX because too much of the church safety industry is run by people who don't actually understand the Church. They bring tactical language, corporate security thinking, and a fortress mindset to a place that's supposed to feel welcoming. We do the opposite — because we know firsthand what a healthy, prepared church actually needs.

Two decades of hands-on experience analyzing and improving operations, paired with a lifelong passion for defensive tactics. Dave co-developed ARX's practical, durable curriculum after seeing a real gap in how church safety teams are trained — built to give them a real chance to respond effectively under stress.
