By creating an account, registering for a training program, downloading the ARX Command app, or otherwise accessing our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a church, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

ARX Training provides church safety and security services, including:

• Training Programs -- On-site and virtual training for church safety teams, covering topics such as threat assessment, de-escalation, emergency response, and team coordination.
• Online Academy -- Digital courses and training materials accessible through our website for ongoing education and certification.
• ARX Command App -- A mobile application designed to help church safety teams manage schedules, communicate, coordinate responses, and access critical information during services and events.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or that violate these Terms.

4. Payment Terms

Training Programs

ARX Training operates on a Spirit-Led pricing model for training programs. This means churches and organizations contribute what they are able, ensuring that every congregation has access to quality safety training regardless of budget. Specific pricing details are discussed during the consultation process.

ARX Command App

The ARX Command app is available through a subscription model. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and plan details are presented at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

General Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You are responsible for providing valid and current payment information
• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis; please contact us to discuss
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with the Services -- including but not limited to training curricula, course materials, videos, documents, app design, software code, logos, and trademarks -- are the exclusive property of ARX Training LLC or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software provided as part of the Services
• Record, screenshot, or redistribute training sessions or course materials

6. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services, other accounts, or computer systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users of the Services
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• ARX Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services
• Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to ARX Training in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for actions taken or not taken by your safety team members, whether during or after training

8. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

ARX Training provides skills, knowledge, and frameworks to help church safety teams prepare for and respond to potential threats. However, we cannot and do not guarantee the prevention of all security incidents. Every situation is unique, and outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

You acknowledge that:

• Training enhances preparedness but does not eliminate all risk
• The effectiveness of any security plan depends on proper implementation and ongoing practice
• Local laws and regulations regarding church security vary and it is your responsibility to ensure compliance
• ARX Training does not provide legal advice

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Failure to pay applicable fees
• Conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or to ARX Training
• Extended periods of inactivity

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
