A comprehensive awareness seminar covering the history, statistics, and trends of active threat incidents. Participants learn situational awareness techniques, threat recognition through Cooper's Color Codes, and response frameworks including Run-Hide-Fight. Real case studies from Lakewood Church, West Freeway Church, and others are analyzed in detail.

Course 2 · For Safety Teams, Ushers & Greeters

Hands-on training in de-escalation, physical response, and team coordination. Learn the 4 C's framework (Control, Containment, Contact, Communication), the 3-step de-escalation process (Validate, Find Options, Allow Choice), escorting techniques, and post-incident team drills. Includes practical workshops and scenario exercises.

Armed Response

Course 3 · Armed Safety Team Members Only

Advanced tactical training using non-lethal training firearms (NLTF) and SIRT guns. Covers concealed carry considerations, draw exercises with par time drills, ready positions (Compressed, Low Ready, High Ready, Sul, Temple Index), cover vs. concealment, room entry, sanctuary engagement scenarios, threat identification, target discrimination, and tactical medical response including tourniquet application.

Range Qualification Service

Live Fire · Separate Service
Not a course · Qualification service for concealed carry team members

Live fire qualification session focusing on four key components: mechanics, accuracy, safety, and time. Participants must bring their own firearms and 50 rounds of ammunition. Recommended annually or biannually to maintain certification. $125 per participant, plus range facility fees.
