This SMS/Text Messaging Policy describes how ARX Training LLC ("ARX Training," "we," "us," or "our") uses text messaging to communicate with you. By providing your phone number and opting in to receive messages, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Consent

By providing your phone number through our website, registration forms, or the ARX Command app, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from ARX Training. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time (see Section 4 below).

You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile device and phone number provided, and that you are authorized to approve the applicable charges.

2. Types of Messages

ARX Training may send you the following types of text messages:

  • Training confirmations -- Confirmations of booked training sessions, including dates, times, and location details
  • Scheduling reminders -- Reminders about upcoming training sessions, workshops, or certification deadlines
  • Account alerts -- Important notifications about your account, such as password resets, subscription updates, or billing confirmations
  • Service updates -- Critical information about changes to our Services that may affect you

We do not send promotional or marketing messages via SMS unless you have separately opted in to receive them.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and engagement with our Services. Typically, you can expect to receive 2 to 5 messages per month. During active training periods or event scheduling, frequency may temporarily increase.

You can manage your SMS preferences at any time by replying with the following keywords:

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from all ARX Training text messages
Re-Subscribe
START
Reply START to opt back in and resume receiving messages

HELP
Reply HELP for assistance or contact information

After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe by texting START.

5. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to messages you send and receive. ARX Training does not charge any additional fees for SMS messages. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan and any applicable charges.

6. Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is supported by all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability may vary depending on your carrier and location.

7. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Regarding your phone number and text messaging data:

  • Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes
  • We may share your phone number with our messaging service provider solely to deliver messages on our behalf
  • Message content and opt-in data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • We do not sell or rent your phone number or messaging data

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this SMS Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued receipt of messages after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
